Doctor/Nurse Appointments:
Appointments are available during the hours listed below (with the exception of Bank Holidays and staff training days). To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.

EMIS Access: If you are interested in registering for online appointment bookings and repeat prescription requests, please see 'Other Information / EMIS Access' for further details.

The surgery will be closed for one afternoon per month for training purposes. Please see the 'Other Information' section above for further details.

Normal surgery opening hours are:

Monday	8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Tuesday	8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Wednesday	8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Thursday	8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m
Friday	8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m

Outside Normal Surgery Opening Hours For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the OUT OF HOURS DOC service on: 0300 130 1313

As from Monday 12th May, 2008 we will be offering extended hours:

Monday:           
7.00 - 8.00 a.m.  - by appointment only   (non-emergencies)
6.30 - 9.00 p.m.  - by appointment only   (non-emergencies)
Wednesday:     
6.30 - 8.00 p.m.  - by appointment only   (non-emergencies)

Collection for ECG Machine:
We would like to thank patients, staff and visitors for their kind generosity, and contributing to our collection. We are continuing to raise funds, and if you wish to give a donation please ask our reception staff.
